Our interior team works on layouts, materials, lighting, joinery, fabrics and finishes. Everything is drawn and scheduled, not left to site. Cost and programme are reviewed with the design, every week.
Design starts early, so it shapes the layout and the technical work. Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and joinery often decide where services go. Those decisions are fixed long before decorative finishes go in.
Kitchens, joinery and furniture are made by Cochrane Bespoke, our joinery partner. Artwork is sourced through galleries and consultants. Our interior design fee is a flat percentage of the build cost.

We then design around the items you want to keep. We consider circulation, proportions, lighting and storage.
What can be made as bespoke joinery?
Our joinery service makes made-to-measure furniture, cabinetry and doors, with matching materials and finishes.
We design every piece around the room, its storage needs and its use.
