NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle interior design and fit-out in Earl’s Court SW5, under one contract. The calculator gives your own range in a minute, by scope and finish. Call 020 7731 6841, and a budget estimate typically follows within seven days.
Mansion blocks here are generous inside. Ceilings are lofty, windows are wide, and a long corridor links everything. That corridor is usually the problem to solve.
We pull the kitchen forward to meet the reception. The corridor becomes a gallery, lined with shelving and lit from above. Cornices and picture rails stay put.
Bathrooms are tied to the stacks below, so they move only a little. Wardrobes and a dressing area fill the rooms behind them.
Stucco houses nearby were mostly divided long ago. Policy HO1 does not allow self-contained homes to be merged. Each flat is designed as a home in its own right.
Our nearest interiors are in Chelsea and Fulham. One has a deep green media room. The other was renewed from top to bottom.

What do you do with the long corridor in an Earl’s Court mansion flat?
We turn it into a gallery, with shelving and overhead light.
Pulling the kitchen forward shortens it too.
Can the bathroom move in an Earl’s Court mansion flat?
A little. It is tied to the soil stacks below.
Wardrobes and dressing space take the rooms behind it.
Does the Philbeach Article 4 direction touch an Earl’s Court interior?
Mostly not. It governs the front, even its paint colour.
Indoors, the lease decides far more.
Which NU interiors are nearest to Earl’s Court?
A Chelsea terrace with a green media room.
And a Fulham house, renewed top to bottom.
