This was a new-build commission in South Kensington. NU Projects delivered two houses, each 6,500 sq ft over several floors. Both sit on triple basement structures, a demanding build in prime London.

The total build cost across both houses was £8 million. Triple basements need specialist structural engineering, deep excavation and waterproofing. Programme management was phased across both properties.

Both houses ran under a single design and build contract. NU Projects managed every stage, from planning through to handover.
