A design and build commission on a substantial private house. The project covered 3,500 sq ft and a full reconfiguration. Every floor was delivered to a high specification.

The scope included structural works and interior architecture. High specification joinery and a complete interior design package followed.

The house called for precision, discretion and tight programme control. NU Projects delivered end to end, with one point of accountability.
