A new-build development in Fulham of four houses. All four were delivered under one design and build contract. The commission needed careful programme management from the start.

The specification stayed consistent across all four properties. The finish is premium throughout.

NU Projects oversaw the full scope on each house. That ran from planning and architecture to fit-out and handover.
