Private clientsFamily offices and advisers

What we build for you stays private.

Private owners, family offices and their advisers work with us in confidence. We sign an NDA as standard, before the first visit if you wish.

i In confidence

Some of our work will never be seen.

Many of our clients never appear anywhere.

Their homes are not on our website. They are not on our social media, and nobody hears their names from us.

That is not a special arrangement. It is how we work for anyone who asks.

Tell us how private the project needs to be. We work to it, from the first call to the last day.

ii What we commit to

Five things you can hold us to.

  • An NDA as standard.

We sign yours, or send ours. Before the first visit if you wish, or before we talk at all.

  • Nothing published without your consent.

Nothing from your project is photographed for publication or shared without your written consent.

  • Names and addresses, never disclosed.

Not in our marketing, not in a case study, and not in passing.

  • One named point of contact.

One project manager runs your project. They answer to you, or to whoever you name.

  • Your advisers can brief us.

Family office staff, buying agents and advisers can brief us for the owner.

The homes we are proudest of are often the quietest. That was the brief.

We show the craft. Not the house.

iii How it works

Four steps, the same every time.

  1. 1

    An NDA

Send yours, or ask for ours. It is signed before anything else happens.

    Before we talk
  2. 2

    A private site visit

We visit at a time that suits you, your household or your adviser.

    At your time
  3. 3

    A budget estimate

A budget range from our own quantity surveyor, for the work the property needs.

    Typically within seven days
  4. 4

    One contract

Design, cost and construction under one contract, with one named point of contact.

    When you are ready

What advisers ask first.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes. We sign NDAs as standard.

Send yours with your first message, or ask for ours. It can be signed before the first visit, or before we talk at all.

Can you work through our family office or agent?

Yes. Family office staff, buying agents and advisers can brief us for the owner.

Tell us who we should deal with, and we deal with them.

Will our home appear on your website or social media?

Not without your written consent.

Nothing is photographed for publication or shared unless you agree in writing. Many of our clients never appear anywhere.

Will you tell anyone who you work for?

No. Client names and addresses are never disclosed.

Tell us, in confidence.

A name and one way to reply are enough. Tick the box, and the NDA comes before the conversation.
