Construction project management, explained.
A dedicated project manager and site foreman run your project. Design, cost, programme and site reporting are coordinated by the same team. Decisions are made at the right time, not left until site.
We work with our own in-house team. Architects, engineers, party wall surveyors and specialist subcontractors join where needed. Fees run as a fixed rate, a fixed fee or a percentage of cost.
Cost runs on the same two-stage process as our quantity surveying. A budget estimate comes first, then a detailed cost plan and contract. Valuations, variations and payment certificates follow through the build.
