A first floor apartment in a Grade II listed building in Marylebone. NU Projects renovated it and designed the interior.

The rooms are tall and full of light. The period fabric was kept. That means the ornate plasterwork, the marble chimneypieces, the panelling and the shuttered sashes.

The double reception room holds a contemporary kitchen. A marble waterfall island sits under the period ceiling. An arched opening leads through to the drawing room.

One bedroom completes the apartment. The old fabric stays, and the new work sits inside it.
