Renovate it. Keep the period rooms whole.
The owner wanted a listed apartment renovated, with its period rooms intact.
It sits on the first floor of a Grade II listed building.
The rooms are tall and full of light.
NU Projects renovated it and designed the interior.
The old rooms stayed. The new work sits inside them.
ii The work
A kitchen in the reception room. A stair to the wardrobes.
The double reception room now holds a contemporary kitchen.
A marble waterfall island sits under the period ceiling.
An arched opening leads through to the drawing room.
We added a spiral staircase into the mezzanine wardrobe area.
Cochrane Bespoke made the new wardrobes.
