Luxury painting and decorating in London.

Specialist finishes · a London drawing room, as we would finish itVisualisation

Specialist finishes and decoration for super prime London homes. Planned, protected and finished by one team.

Decoration is what people touch.

Luxury decoration is specialist finishes, applied in occupied homes without a mark left. We are NU Projects, design and build in Fulham SW6 since 2010. Decoration is priced room by room, after a survey. Call 020 7731 6841, and a budget estimate typically follows within seven days.

Decoration is the part of a house people touch every day. In a super prime home it has to be flawless.

We work in occupied houses. Rooms are sealed against dust, and floors and joinery are protected.

Art and furniture are moved and stored. The work is timed around the family.

Period walls are often lime plaster. They need breathable paints, or damp is trapped behind them.

Older houses often carry lead paint under later coats. We test first, and strip it safely.

In a listed interior, historic plasterwork and panelling can need consent. We check before anything is touched.

One team plans, protects, prices and finishes it, with the specialists each finish needs.

What the work includes

  • Polished plaster, Venetian and marmorino
  • Limewash, mineral and clay paints
  • Hand finished and spray finished joinery, and lacquer
  • Silk and hand painted wallpapers, hung by specialists
  • Gilding, cornice and moulding repair
  • Occupied homes: dust sealed, protected and stored

The finish is the last thing seen. It is planned before the first coat.
