NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle design and build in Earl’s Court SW5, under one contract. The calculator gives your own range in a minute, by scope and finish. Call 020 7731 6841, and a budget estimate typically follows within seven days.
Most Earl’s Court terraces were built as single houses, then split into flats. Red brick mansion blocks sit between them.
Some owners now want to join the flats back into one house. Kensington and Chelsea’s Policy HO1 does not allow it. Existing self-contained homes may not be merged.
So we say this plainly at the first visit. A merger is not a scheme we can promise. Reworking one flat, or a house still held as one home, is.
Philbeach is one of the conservation areas, with Earl’s Court Village beside it. There, an Article 4 direction means even painting a house front needs planning.
Inside one contract, the sequence is fixed early. Survey, design, consents, cost plan, then build. Our crews and our joinery partner work from the same drawings.
Our nearest work sits close by in Chelsea and Fulham. A Chelsea terraced house was renewed over four floors. A Fulham family house was rebuilt inside, basement to roof.
