Our architectural team prepares feasibility studies and planning applications. Appeals follow, where a scheme needs one. The same team also costs and builds the work. A design is drawn to be buildable.
Allow time for surveys, design and validation, before the council’s own assessment begins. Consent is not always an immediate site start. We check the conditions attached, and the other approvals still needed.

Requests for information, consultation and revisions can extend the timeline. Do not treat an indicative decision date as a guaranteed site start.
Can we start as soon as planning permission is granted?
Not necessarily. Read the decision notice carefully for any conditions attached.
Check the other approvals and agreements the works need. Design, technical and contractual readiness are separate questions.
