A full design and build commission on a Chelsea townhouse. The house runs to 4,500 sq ft across all floors. NU Projects managed it from first concept through to handover.

The scope covered structural works, architecture and interior architecture. Bespoke joinery ran through the house, with a complete fit-out on every floor.

The setting has a strong character, and the work respects it. Every finish and material was chosen to suit the address.
