Privacy, what this site collects.

Every form asks for one way to reply, a phone or an email address. Most also ask for your name. The cost guide asks for an email address only. The Buyer’s Report forms ask for the house, by listing link or address. The calculator asks for the property address. Some forms ask about the property and the work, and those answers are optional.

Each form also sends the page you filled it in on. Arrive from a campaign link, and it sends that link’s campaign tags. If an agent forwarded the link, it sends the agent’s code. Your browser holds those tags for the visit. It drops them when you close the tab.

When you press send, our server records the enquiry in the studio’s project system. It keeps a safety copy in our own lead store, and emails the studio. Nick is alerted by WhatsApp. Most forms then email you once, to say we have it.

Our server notes the address your connection came from. It keeps a scrambled form of it for one hour, to limit repeated sends. The studio’s alert email shows the address, so we can spot abuse. Every form carries a hidden field that must stay empty. It catches automated submissions and holds nothing of yours.

Most forms with an email address add you to our enquiry list. That list is kept at Brevo, the email service we use.

Four forms also add you to our prospect list, kept at Brevo too. They are the cost guide, the calculator and the two Buyer’s Report forms.

The private clients form adds you to no list. It goes to Nick, our project system and our lead store only.

Ask for the cost guide and we email you a copy at once. Price a project on the calculator and we email you the estimate.

We may email either list about our work and London build costs. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can also object at any time. Just email us, and we take you off both lists.

We use your details to answer you and to record the enquiry. We do not sell them. We do not pass them to anyone for their own use.

Brevo, our project system and our lead store process your details to our instructions.

We keep an enquiry record while the enquiry is open. We delete it when you ask. You stay on a list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

The WhatsApp links open WhatsApp on your device, addressed to the studio. Nothing sends until you press send inside WhatsApp.

What you send there is handled by WhatsApp, under its own terms. This site never sees it.

This site sets no analytics cookies. It runs no tracking or advertising scripts. It does not try to learn who you are.

A short first-party script counts visits, so we can see which pages are useful. It records each page you view, how long you stay and the referring site. Our server looks up a rough town and country from your connection address. It keeps the place, never the address.

It stores no cookie. It honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Set either, and it sends nothing.

A few files load from other services. The fonts come from Google Fonts. The scroll animations come from cdnjs and jsDelivr. The calculator page loads one more tool from cdnjs, to build the cost report.

When your browser fetches those files, those services see your connection address. That is true of any file on the web. We send them nothing else.

Ask, and we delete. Email info@nuprojects.co.uk with the name and details you sent us.

We remove them from our lists, project system, lead store and studio inbox. Then we confirm by reply. You may also ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.

We hold enquiry details because we have a legitimate interest in answering you. The same interest covers the lists in section 02.

You may object to that at any time. One click in any of our emails unsubscribes you. Or email us, and we stop.

You may ask for a copy of what we hold. You may ask us to correct it, or delete it.
