South Kensington grew around the museums. Stucco terraces of four or five storeys line most streets, many split into apartments. Mews houses sit tucked behind them.

A whole house brief is rarer here. An apartment brings a lease, a freeholder and a managing agent. With design and build, one team agrees the works with each, then delivers them.

We have not built in SW7 itself. Our nearest built work is just north, two new houses in Kensington W8. We also fitted out a townhouse nearby in Chelsea.
