The house needed space below ground and at the rear.
A new basement and a kitchen extension came first.
The interior was then transformed throughout.
Basement, extension and interiors, run as one project.

Structure and design, coordinated by one team.
NU Projects coordinated the structural work and the design development.
Interior finishes ran inside the same project.
So did the bespoke joinery, made by Cochrane Bespoke.
The house gained space below ground and at the rear, completed in 2020.
