A complete design and build renovation of a house in Chelsea. The work combined a new basement with a kitchen extension. The interior was then transformed throughout.

NU Projects coordinated the structural work and the design development. Interior finishes and bespoke joinery ran inside the same project.

The house gained space below ground and at the rear. One accountable team delivered all of it.
