Mayfair is Georgian townhouses, many listed, and most now split into apartments. Mews houses sit behind them.
An interior here is usually an apartment. The building has a managing agent and a freeholder.
We completed one in Mayfair with Cochrane Bespoke, our joinery partner. The study shelving and the larder were made to measure.
Every finish was coordinated room by room. The price was set before the work began.
