i The brief
Four floors. One contract. Snagging included.
The owner wanted the whole house renovated, contemporary and restrained.
A cinema room and a built-in media wall were part of the brief.
The plan was reconfigured structurally, floor by floor.
Snagging sat inside the same contract, so the finish stayed ours to close.
Warm materials, held back, and made to hold up close.

A cinema room in deep lacquered panelling.
The media wall and the shelving were built in, not bought in.
The joinery throughout is by Cochrane Bespoke.
Natural materials and considered colour carry the rest of the house.
