A whole house design and build project in Chelsea. The home runs across four floors, 3,200 sq ft in total. The specification is contemporary and restrained.
The scope included full structural reconfiguration and joinery throughout. A custom media and shelving installation was built in. A cinema room was finished in deep lacquered panelling.
The interiors balance warmth with restraint. Natural materials, considered colour and craftsmanship that holds up close.
NU Projects managed the process from planning to handover. Snagging sat inside the same contract.
