Mayfair’s townhouses are now mostly apartments, with mansion blocks and mews between. Few have gardens. A private gym goes into spare rooms on the lowest floors. Neighbours sleep directly above and beside it.
Reuse comes first here. A vault, a store or a lower flat may become the training room. Digging new space is the fallback, and Policy 50 caps it at one storey. Listed fabric stays untouched.
