NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle planning applications and appeals in Knightsbridge SW1X, under one contract. Fees are priced per project by our own quantity surveyor, from the actual scope. Call 020 7731 6841, and a budget estimate typically follows within seven days.

Knightsbridge is split between two councils. Kensington and Chelsea governs the west and south. Westminster governs the east and the park side.

So the same scheme can meet different rules a few doors apart. Validation lists, forms and policies all change at the line. We map each address before any drawing.

On Westminster’s side, the Knightsbridge Neighbourhood Plan applies too. It was made in December 2018 and is read with the City Plan.

Most homes are apartments in grand stucco terraces and mansion blocks. Many buildings are listed. Consent then reaches plaster, panelling, stairs and chimneypieces.

Our three projects here are a lateral apartment and two townhouses. One team drew, priced and built each of them.
