Georgian apartments, often listed, renovated with the period fabric kept. Designed, priced and built by one team.
Old rooms, new work inside them.
NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle luxury refurbishment in Marylebone W1, under one contract. A full renovation runs £160 to £350 a sq ft, construction only. Call 020 7731 6841, and a budget estimate typically follows within seven days.
Marylebone is Georgian terraces, most now split into apartments. Many are listed, with tall rooms and fine plasterwork.
We renovated a first floor apartment in a Grade II listed building here. The plasterwork, marble chimneypieces, panelling and shutters were kept.
A contemporary kitchen went into the double reception room. A marble waterfall island sits under the period ceiling.
That is the Marylebone brief in short. The old fabric stays, and the new work sits inside it.
