Design and build company in London. Designers, a quantity surveyor and builders, under one contract.

A filmed design meeting on a new project in Marylebone. The flat is a one bedroom apartment. It has five metre ceilings and original ornate plaster to the walls and ceilings. The meeting works out how to treat both.

The design is led by Cochrane Bespoke, with NU Projects carrying the construction.
