NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle luxury refurbishment in Earl’s Court SW5, under one contract. Nick prices a full renovation after a free visit. Call 020 7731 6841, and a budget estimate typically follows within seven days.
Earl’s Court is built of flats as much as houses. Many stucco terraces were divided long ago. Red brick mansion blocks hold more.
Some owners hope to rejoin flats into a single home. In Kensington and Chelsea, Policy HO1 stands in the way. It does not allow separate self-contained homes to be combined. We would rather say so on day one.
A refurbishment within one flat is a different matter. Wiring, pipework, heating and layout can all be renewed. In a block, the managing agent sets hours and the licence.
In a listed house, Policy CD5 asks for original features inside to stay. Cornices, shutters and fireplaces are recorded before design starts.
Our nearest refurbishments are in Chelsea and Fulham, both close by. Each was renewed throughout, with joinery drawn and priced first.

- Merging homes
- Policy HO1. Existing self-contained homes may not be merged into one.

- Managing agents
- In a block, the agent sets working hours and the licence for alterations.
- Air conditioning
- Outdoor units are judged under Policy CD10, for their look and siting.
- Painting fronts
- In Philbeach, an Article 4 direction brings repainting a front under planning.
