The last stage of a refurbishment
A refurbishment project in a prime West London property involves months of careful work from architects, interior designers, builders and specialist contractors. At the point of completion, all the MEP systems need to be correctly commissioned, tested, certified and handed over to the client. Where that stage is not managed, a beautifully finished house can still have systems that underperform, carry no paperwork, or fail early.
