i The brief
A floor added inside a room.
Use the height of the room.
The ceilings in this flat are very tall.
We designed a mezzanine above the kitchen.
Open oak steps and a glass balustrade lead up to it.
A marble media wall, new wardrobes and air conditioning complete it.
ii Before
The flat as we found it.
Taken in July 2025, before the work began.

iii The drawings
Every room drawn first.
The existing layout, the new layout and the mezzanine section.
The media wall and wardrobes drawn to the millimetre.

We did not photograph the finished flat. So here it is as designed.
iv The rooms
Shown as designed.
Made from the design drawings and the room as it stands.
Visualisations, never photographs of the finished flat.
