NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle basement golf simulator rooms in Hampstead NW3, under one contract. A basement runs £450 to £780 a sq ft, construction only. Call 020 7731 6841, and a budget estimate typically follows within seven days.

Hampstead sits on a hill of springs and clay. A tee bay needs a tall, wide void. The ground here resists exactly that.

Camden permits one storey only, and never under an existing cellar. So a golf floor cannot be dug below an old one. An audited Basement Impact Assessment comes first.

Clay holds water and shifts. Ground and groundwater studies come before any drawing. Slab depth buys swing height, so those results set the ceiling. The floor is tanked to BS 8102 Grade 3 and drained.

Our Fulham work includes a family room under a light well. It lies outside Camden and is no golf room. A Knightsbridge townhouse of ours has a pool below ground.
