NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle luxury painting, decorating and specialist finishes in Pimlico SW1V, under one contract. Pimlico was laid out as one estate, in the same era as Belgravia. Its white stucco terraces were meant to read as a whole. One odd front breaks the square.

Westminster’s stucco guide asks for the terrace’s established colour. Brilliant white is avoided, unless the terrace already uses it. Paint is gloss or eggshell, never textured.

Most houses are now flats. A front repaint is usually arranged by the freeholder, for the whole building. Inside, each flat is its own job, timed around the residents.

Long hallways and tall front rooms suit a calm, layered scheme. We use one colour family across rooms, shifted in tone. Joinery goes a shade deeper than the walls.
