NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle mechanical, electrical and plumbing in Knightsbridge SW1X, under one contract. We finished a townhouse here with a marble pool and a walnut wine room. A pool hall needs water heating, filtration and dehumidification at once. A wine room needs steady cool air and controlled humidity.

The address decides the council. West and south fall to Kensington and Chelsea, the east to Westminster. On the Kensington side, outdoor cooling units fall under Policy CD10.

In an apartment, the managing agent sets working hours and lift use. Noisy work often has its own window. We programme coring and chasing around it.

Listed building consent covers works that affect the building’s character. That can include new duct routes through historic walls.
