NU Projects is a West London builder, founded by Nick Jeffries and working out of Fulham. We build across London and the surrounding areas.
The work is refurbishment, renovation, basements and extensions. Our senior management team has over thirty years of construction experience between them, and every project, large or small, gets a named project manager and a foreman who run it from the first plan to handover.
We are a single appointment for the design, the fit-out and the construction, which is what stops a client having to coordinate three parties who have never met. That covers the first drawings through to the interior design.
We work to the programme and the budget agreed, and we choose materials and methods on how they perform rather than on what they cost us. Whether the job is a single bathroom or a whole house, the same process applies.
