Design and build company in London. Designers, a quantity surveyor and builders, under one contract.
NU Projects is a West London builder working out of Fulham. It was founded by Nick Jeffries. We build across London and the surrounding areas.
The work is refurbishment, renovation, basements and extensions. Our senior management team has over thirty years of construction experience between them. Every project, large or small, gets a named project manager and a foreman. They run it from the first plan to handover.
We are a single appointment for the design, the fit-out and the construction. This stops a client having to coordinate three parties who have never met. That covers the first drawings through to the interior design.
We work to the programme and the budget agreed. We choose materials and methods on how they perform. We do not choose them on what they cost us. The job may be a single bathroom or a whole house. The same process applies.
