We are builders, but with architects, interior designers, a quantity surveyor and an MEP director in the same office. Here is what that gets an architect:

• Listed buildings and basements. We work on listed and conservation-area properties regularly, so the constraints are known rather than discovered. Basements and extensions are most of what we do.
• Materials and trades. From bespoke carpentry to stone, kitchens, lighting, audio visual and air conditioning, we work with London trades and suppliers we use repeatedly rather than tendering each package to the lowest bidder.
• A collaborative approach. We integrate our design and build teams from the start, with thorough planning, regular reporting, and a shop drawing sign-off process that protects your detail.

The process

We follow a 12-stage design and build process, from the first consultation and survey through planning approvals and project management to handover. It is adapted to each project rather than applied to it.
