Interior design and fit out in London. Layouts, materials and joinery, priced before the build, built by the same team.
#NU and Cochrane Bespoke have formed a working partnership on London interiors. It puts a dedicated interior design studio on the same job. It sits alongside a design and build contractor.
The designer Sean Cochrane founded Cochrane Bespoke. It has created interiors in London and internationally. Through the partnership, a London client gets Nick Jeffries of #NU on the house. They also get Sean Cochrane.
Sean Cochrane works to a level of detail that reads in the finished room. His portfolio covers London houses and international residences. The work balances how a room looks against how it is used. That sits well beside #NU’s turnkey interior design and construction service.
Nick Jeffries brings the construction side. He also brings a record of delivering projects against a written programme and budget. That complements Sean Cochrane’s quieter, more classical style of interior.
The collaboration between #NU and Cochrane Bespoke opens up a world of possibilities. This is for homeowners considering renovation projects in 2024. You may be looking to transform your existing space. You may want to embark on a ground-up construction project. Either way, this dynamic duo offers an all-in-one solution. It covers every aspect of the design and build process.
What separates the partnership is that both sides are hands on. A successful project is not only a good looking room. It is a client who knew what was happening at every stage.
From concept through to completion, #NU and Cochrane Bespoke work from the same drawings. One network of trades and suppliers is behind them.
You may be renovating. You may want the interior design and the construction under one appointment. This is what that looks like. See the projects pages for completed work, and interiors for the scope.
To talk to the team, send two lines through the contact form. You can also call 020 7731 6841. We usually reply within a few hours, weekends included.
