The work is led by Nick Jeffries, who founded NU Projects, with Cochrane Bespoke, led by the designer Sean Cochrane, on the interiors. The two work together in London and in Dubai.
From the first drawing to handover
Since 2010, we have partnered with private clients, investors, and developers to provide comprehensive design, architecture, and development services. The approach puts how a room reads and how it works on the same footing. From penthouses to townhouses, the portfolio covers space planning, lighting, bespoke furniture, joinery and soft furnishings.

Our team is experienced in working with listed and contemporary buildings and adept at navigating complex planning permissions. We work with architects and craftspeople across the UK, Dubai and beyond, bringing the design and the construction together on one job.
