The work is led by Nick Jeffries, who founded NU Projects. Cochrane Bespoke, led by the designer Sean Cochrane, works on the interiors. The two work together in London and in Dubai.
From the first drawing to handover
Since 2010, we have partnered with private clients, investors, and developers. We provide comprehensive design, architecture, and development services. The approach gives equal weight to how a room reads and how it works. The portfolio runs from penthouses to townhouses. It covers space planning, lighting, bespoke furniture, joinery and soft furnishings.

Our team is experienced in working with listed and contemporary buildings. It is adept at navigating complex planning permissions. We work with architects and craftspeople across the UK, Dubai and beyond. We bring the design and the construction together on one job.
