RIBA architects in London. Feasibility, planning and construction drawings, from a design and build studio.
NU Projects provides interior design and architectural services for West London homes. The work runs from first concepts and drawings through to sourcing and project management.
What the service covers
NU takes a project from the first design concept through to final project management. So the drawings and the build stay connected.
Bespoke design
Designs are drawn for the room and for how it is used. The job may be one room or a whole house. The designers and architects work from the client brief rather than a house style.
One service, not three appointments
Architectural design, interior design and project management sit in one firm. That removes the gaps where drawings, prices and builds usually fall out of step.
Sustainability
In today’s world, sustainability is more important than ever. NU Projects integrates eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions into their designs. This ensures your home is beautiful and environmentally responsible.
Craftsmanship
NU works with a settled network of tradespeople, many of them for years. That keeps the junctions and the finishes consistent from one job to the next.
How a project runs
Here is what the stages look like.
Consultation
The journey begins with a detailed consultation. The team learns about your vision, lifestyle, and budget. This information forms the foundation of a customised design plan.
Design and planning
NU Projects’ architects and designers then develop detailed plans and concepts. They focus on creating cohesive spaces that maximise both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Project management
From the approvals through to site, NU handles the logistics. It reports progress against the programme and the budget.
The last stage
The process concludes with the finishing touches that bring your space to life. NU Projects ensures that every element is in place and meets your expectations. This is done before you move into your newly transformed home.
What NU Projects covers
Interior design
NU Projects’ interior design services focus on creating stylish, functional spaces. These reflect your personal taste. You may prefer a modern, minimalist look or a more traditional aesthetic. Their designers have the expertise to bring your vision to life.
Architectural design
NU Projects works on both new builds and renovations. Their designs prioritise natural light, space optimisation, and structural integrity. This ensures that your home is as beautiful as it is functional.
Renovations and extensions
NU works on renovations and extensions. They sit with the original architecture of the house rather than against it.
New builds
NU Projects offers comprehensive new build services for those starting from scratch. It manages every aspect of the process. The aim is a home that meets your exact specifications.
