Cochrane Bespoke, led by the designer Sean Cochrane, works with NU Projects on interiors in Chelsea and South Kensington. The two firms have collaborated on houses and apartments across prime London.
Sean Cochrane has worked in London and internationally. His projects run from private houses to commercial interiors, and the work holds a balance between how a room looks and how it is used. Cochrane Bespoke is the joinery and interior design partner NU credits on this site.
NU Projects brings the other half. Architecture, cost planning, building services and construction sit inside the firm, so a design is drawn and priced by people who will also build it. That is what makes a turnkey appointment possible on a whole house.
Together the two cover a project from the first drawing to handover. Whether the property is an apartment overlooking the river or a house in the middle of SW3, one team carries the design and one carries the build, under a single contract.
Both firms work to the same standard on quality, craftsmanship and detail. From concept to completion the client deals with a defined set of people, and the drawings, the cost plan and the programme stay in step with one another.
