Cochrane Bespoke, led by the designer Sean Cochrane, works with NU Projects on interiors in Mayfair. The two firms cover the design and the build of a house between them.
Mayfair runs from historic townhouses to penthouses, and almost every property carries a planning or freeholder constraint of some kind. Interiors here are drawn around the building, not dropped into it.
Sean Cochrane has worked across London and internationally. His projects hold a balance between how a room reads and how it is used. Cochrane Bespoke is the joinery and interior design partner NU credits on this site.
NU Projects brings the construction half. Architecture, cost planning, building services and construction sit inside the firm, which is what makes a turnkey appointment possible on a whole house.
Between them the two firms cover concept development, space planning, furniture drawn for the room and project management. One team carries the design and one carries the build, under a single contract.
