Certification on a prime property
Gas safety and electrical compliance are two of the most critical obligations. They apply to any property owner or managing agent in West London. Failing to maintain proper certification creates risk for residents and legal exposure for owners. It also creates potential safety hazards that no prime property should face. NU Projects MEP ensures all gas and electrical work uses qualified, registered engineers. Proper documentation is issued after every visit.
Gas Safe registered engineers
Our Gas Safe registered engineers handle boiler inspections, servicing and diagnostics. They also handle heating repairs, hot water cylinder checks and controls reviews. They cover pressure issue investigations and landlord gas safety certification. A registered engineer carries out the visit. It may be a routine annual inspection or an upgrade review. The certificate and the report are issued afterwards.
NICEIC qualified electrical services
Electrical services from NU Projects MEP cover fault finding, minor works and remedial repairs. They also cover lighting issues, consumer unit reviews, and EICR support and certification. They cover power issues, smart controls installation and refurbishment coordination. Our NICEIC qualified electricians work across prime and super-prime properties throughout West London. They ensure every installation and repair is safe, compliant and properly recorded.
