In March 2019, NU Projects announced a working partnership with Hayley Hunt. She is founder of Hunt Property Services.
Hunt Property Services was based in Chigwell, Essex. It was a buying, selling, rental and renovation business. Hayley Hunt had run it for more than ten years. She matched people with property and made the most of an investment. Her interior work favoured an elegant European style, built around period features.
The idea was straightforward. A new owner often wants to open up a space. They may add a loft conversion or an extension. Or they may renovate the interior. NU Projects covered basements, lofts, extensions, architecture and interior design under one contract. So Hunt Property Services had a single contact to point buyers toward.
