In March 2019, NU Projects announced a working partnership with Hayley Hunt, founder of Hunt Property Services.
Based in Chigwell, Essex, Hunt Property Services was a buying, selling, rental and renovation business. Hayley Hunt had run it for more than ten years, matching people with property and making the most of an investment. Her interior work favoured an elegant European style, built around period features.
The idea was straightforward. A new owner often wants to open up a space, add a loft conversion or an extension, or renovate the interior. NU Projects covered basements, lofts, extensions, architecture and interior design under one contract, so Hunt Property Services had a single contact to point buyers toward.
