Estimating from your drawings
Send us the drawings and our quantity surveyor will price them. You get a measured estimate you can put in front of your client before the scheme is fixed, which is the point at which a number is still useful. We do this for architects whether or not we end up building the job.
An in-house surveyor and a site team
Cost and site sit in the same building here. A quantity surveyor, project managers and a site team, on Fulham High Street. That means one set of people to ring when something on the drawing meets something in the ground, rather than a chain of three.

The most useful thing an architect can do before recommending a contractor is stand on one of their sites while the work is running. Ask us and we will arrange it, and we will give you the client’s number as well.
