NU Projects is a design and build company in Fulham SW6, founded in 2010. We handle mechanical, electrical and plumbing in Weybridge KT13, under one contract. Weybridge is large detached houses on private roads. Gardens dwarf anything in central London. New builds and substantial extensions are both common.

That changes MEP completely. Plant can have its own room, and distribution can be planned before walls exist. Solar, battery storage and car charging are reviewed on site.

Class G allows two heat pump units on a detached house. Each outdoor unit is limited to 1.5 cubic metres. The one metre boundary rule was removed in May 2025.

Weybridge has conservation areas, including its town centre and Monument Green. There, a unit may not face a road. Elsewhere, national permitted development applies unless an Article 4 says otherwise.
