They give a clear picture of what your home will look like. At this point, we will provide a realistic estimate of costs and timeline. We also provide a breakdown of this.

3. Cost

First, the interior design package is decided. Then we provide our clients with detailed costs sheets. We also provide expected delivery and installation dates and a thorough execution plan.

4. Bespoke furniture

We have an in-house design studio in West London. There we also make bespoke furniture. This shortens the lead times. It also means a piece fits the room it was drawn for.

5. Artwork

Artwork sets the mood of a room. It is usually the last thing anybody thinks about. NU Projects works with local West London artists. That way the art is chosen alongside the design rather than after it.

We can source artwork for your home, whether contemporary, pop art or classical. We place it in the scheme rather than hanging it at the end.

6. How involved you are

You can be as involved in the decisions as you want to be. Some clients want to sign off every fabric. Others want a turnkey handover. Either is fine, and the contract records which one you have chosen.

7. Handover

The work is inspected, snagged and handed over. It comes with the operating information for anything that needs it. NU Projects is in Fulham. The same team is still there after handover if something needs attention.
