NU Projects completed a design and build project in Old Town Clapham. One team ran the interior design, the architectural drawings and the construction. That removes the gap where a designer hands a drawing to a builder who has never seen it.
The scope ran from the planning application through to the final fit-out. The bespoke joinery was made by Cochrane Bespoke, NU’s joinery partner. A single contract covered the drawings, the build and the joinery, so one team carried the responsibility for all three.
