You may be looking for a construction partner for a bespoke house. If so, this is how NU Projects works. It is a short letter rather than a brochure.
A house is not only a structure. It is where you go at the end of the day. It should suit the way you actually live. It should not suit the way a brochure says you should.
Our portfolio includes a Knightsbridge apartment renovation. It shows the level of finish this kind of work reaches.
Working with NU Projects, you can expect:
- A scheme drawn for you. We work out how the house needs to function before anything is drawn. The design follows from that.
- Craftsmanship. Joinery, stone and metalwork are specified with the drawings. They are made by people who do nothing else.
- One project manager. The same one, from the first meeting to handover. They report while the work is running.
- Design that can be built. Our designers sit beside the people who price and build it. So a detail is tested before it is committed.
- Discretion. We do not name clients or properties, here or anywhere else. That is why this site shows areas rather than addresses.
