NU Projects runs the design and the build of a house. It is one contract. The interior design is led by Cochrane Bespoke. Both sides work to the same drawings.
One design and build process
From concept to completion, one team manages the design, the planning and the construction. The same team handles the final installation. A renovation, an extension or an interior refit, they all work the same way. The aim is to deliver it, without the client carrying the pressure.
Designs drawn for one house
Sean Cochrane’s approach to interior design is bespoke. Each space reflects the personality and the lifestyle of the client. The style runs from classic through to contemporary. The design starts from the house, and how the client uses it.
We also specialise in high-end residential interiors. That work centres on Fulham, Chelsea, South Kensington and the surrounding parts of London. The job might be one room, or a whole house. The same care goes into how it looks, and how it works.
Construction and finishing
NU Projects offers the build as well as the design. One firm is answerable from start to finish. An in-house team of builders, trades and makers runs the construction. It works against a written programme and budget. High-quality materials meet skilled craftsmanship, for spaces that are durable and stylish.
Our team understands the challenges of period properties and Grade II listed buildings. All work is checked against planning permissions and local regulations. That matters in Chelsea and Kensington. Keeping a building’s historical fabric counts for as much as the new work.
