Luxury renovation company in London. Whole houses and apartments, priced open book, under one contract.
If a West London house is showing its age, refurbishment is the usual answer. NU Projects has been refurbishing London homes since 2010. We work on properties of all types and sizes.
Our home refurbishment services cater to a single room or an entire floor. They can even cover the entirety of your property. Refurbishments are often carried out alongside conversions and extensions. This changes both the size and the layout of the house. You may have lived there for years or have just bought. Either way, it is the chance to plan the living and entertaining space. Plan it around how you use it.
NU Projects provides a comprehensive, start-to-finish design and build service. It covers home refurbishments, extensions, conversions, and new build projects. We take you through every phase. That runs from the first layout plan to choosing fixtures and fittings.
NU Projects has cultivated a strong network throughout the past decade. It spans clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Traditional construction techniques are combined with contemporary practice and current building regulations. That is what makes a building sound and efficient to run.
