Kitchen and house extensions in London. Rear, side return and wraparound extensions, designed, priced and built by one team.
Few places in Greater London have genuinely large family homes. Richmond is one. These are detached and semi-detached houses with proper gardens. They have generous room proportions. They offer the kind of space that allows for truly ambitious kitchen extensions. When Richmond homeowners renovate, the expectation is high. They want something elegant, considered and built to last for decades.
Planning permission in Richmond, and the Richmond Park views
Richmond falls within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. It has its own planning policies. It also has several conservation areas. These sit particularly around Richmond Hill, the Green and the riverside. The Richmond Landscape Policy protects views into and from Richmond Park and Richmond. It can affect permitted development rights for some properties. It is always worth seeking specialist planning advice before committing to a design.
