Wayne has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, having started his career through an apprenticeship in plumbing and heating before expanding his expertise across the full mechanical and electrical sector. Building his knowledge from the ground up has given him a strong practical understanding of how projects are designed, coordinated and delivered, allowing him to lead teams with confidence and provide clients with clear, dependable guidance.

His career has covered commercial, industrial and high-end residential work, including more than 10 years delivering prestigious residential projects across Central London and the surrounding counties. Wayne has contributed to landmark schemes for clients including the Eccleston family and Candy & Candy, as well as delivering high-level mechanical and electrical packages for Downing Street and government buildings around Westminster earlier in his career.

With extensive hands-on knowledge and broad industry experience, Wayne brings a detailed understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, site coordination, problem-solving and project delivery. He is known for working efficiently, maintaining high standards and prioritising safety on every project. His practical approach, calm leadership and ability to find solutions make him a trusted and valuable part of the NU MEP team.
