Profile
Quantity Surveyor
Matt is our lead quantity surveyor. He works in house, on cost control, value engineering and procurement.
He does more than manage budgets. He shapes the commercial direction of a project from concept to completion. His approach is meticulous, and quality is never traded away for cost.
Matt is the link between design ambition and what a project can actually carry.
