i The brief

Two bathrooms, made to feel like a hotel.

The owners wanted two calm, warm bathrooms.

A main bathroom with a freestanding bath.

A loft bathroom with a walk in shower under the roof.

Jordana Ashkenazi designed both, down to every tap.

ii Before

The house as we found it.

Taken in July 2025, before the work began.

iv On site

Back to the wall, then rebuilt.

The bathrooms were stripped back to the brick.

New pipework and brass valves went in before the stone.

A bathroom wall stripped back for the new pipework.

We did not photograph the finished rooms. So here they are as designed.

v The rooms

Shown as designed.

Made from Jordana’s drawings and the finishes we fitted.
