A family home, to a high specification.

The brief was a family home refurbished throughout, to a high specification.

This was our second Chelsea commission.

Every principal room was refurbished.

Every principal room, under one contract.

ii The work

Kitchen, bathrooms and joinery together.

The scope covered interior design and bespoke joinery.

Kitchen and bathroom fit-out followed.

NU Projects managed the whole process under one contract.

The joinery is by Cochrane Bespoke.

The work took about 60 weeks on site, finishing in 2022.

iii The finished house
