We appraise the viability of housing developments. That includes affordable housing and other section 106 contributions a scheme can support. We prepare the reports that support a planning application.
We have advised on developments across the country. Schemes range from single houses on garden sites to larger residential and mixed-use developments. Planning obligations on some stalled sites have been reduced or removed. We work directly with councils.
We also acquire land for new affordable housing projects. Partner registered providers and developers join us. Mixed tenure sites are part of this work, open market sale alongside affordable homes.
