NU Projects designs and builds houses for private clients in London. We run a design department and a building team in the same company, which means we hold the brief, the budget and the programme in one place.
The office is in Fulham and the sites are across London and the surrounding areas. The work runs from refurbishments and renovations to basements, extensions and loft conversions, so no two weeks look the same.
Taking on both the design and build side of the project, we make it very simple for the client taking the stress out of having to liaise between sub-contractors and different parties. From architect, to quantity surveyor, to interior designer, carpenter and painter, the whole process is run from NU Projects.
We are expanding. If you are an interior designer, an architect, a structural engineer, a project manager or hold a specialised trade, we would like to hear from you.
What we look for is people who care about the work, who can work in a team and on their own, and who will find a solution rather than raise a problem.
